Business-to-Business (B2B) is that portion of E-Commerce specifically targeting business-to-business interaction. B2B typically brings together employees, customers and business partners to eliminate many of the inefficiencies associated with these business transactions.

Functions
- Secure Access - Log into your Online B2B via a secure Internet connection. You know that you are within a secure Online B2B session by the padlock icon in the status bar at the bottom of the browser window. All sensitive data transmitted during your Online B2B session will be encrypted.
- View Account Status - The first page to view after logging in to Online Advantage B2B, is the Welcome page - the B2B 'Home' page where you view order summary, credit terms, account balance summary, user profile and delivery details. From the Home page, you can access the latest news or navigate the Products, Orders, and Admin menus.
- Track Orders - View a summary of all outstanding orders and/or back orders – including order date, required date, despatch date, order value and current status.

Drill-down to individual products by code or by description from the order detail window. Streamline your ordering with suggested quantities based on purchasing history View a summary of all outstanding orders and/or back orders - including order date, required date, despatch date, order value and current status. - Account menu - View monthly ledger information in summary or detailed formats. View account history in summary format. View product purchasing history.
- Admin menu - Maintain account and credit details. Billing information is instantly updated and always available. Manage your own corporate account including user profiles.
